I’d skip this one. I washed my hair twice and it still felt greasy, like I hadn’t really cleaned it at all. Save your time and try something else...

I really couldn’t get past the scent on this. It was sooo strong and it stuck around all day, which ended up giving me a headache. I wanted to like it, but the smell was jusy way too overpowering for me.

I really wanted this to work. For the first few days, I thought maybe it was fine. Then about a week in, my scalp started getting itchy. And weirdly greasy too. Not a great combo. I ended up going back to my regular shampoo because I just couldn’t deal with it. Not for me.

I wasn’t super impressed with the ingredient list... it just didn’t feel like the best quality to me

I don’t remember every little thing about it, but I do remember my hair feeling dry and kind of rough after I used it. Maybe it works for some people, but it just wasn’t a good fit for me

The billing itself was easy enough to manage, so I’ll give them that. But it’s frustrating that they make the whole thing feel more stressful than it needs to be. If something is supposed to be simple, then don’t make customers feel like they have to double-check everything because of your sloppy setup...

I had a bit of a “why is this so complicated?” reaction right away. For what it offers, the price just feels way too high. It didn’t feel worth the money to me.

I had a small issue with my order, so I emailed them not expecting much. They replied quickly and got everything sorted without any hassle or making it feel like a big problem. It was really easy from start to finish, and it definitely made me feel more confident ordering from them again. Better service than I’ve had from a lot of other sites.

I really wanted New Wash to work for me, but i think I picked the worst possible time to try it. I started during a busy stretch when I had a lot going on, and dealing with greasy, flat hair for weeks was just not something I had patience for.

I followed the directions and kept waiting for that “just get through the transition” moment everyone talks about, but it never really happened for me. My scalp felt itchy, and somehow my ends still looked dry, which was confusing and frustrating.

For the price, I expected things to at least start improving after sticking with it. Maybe if I had tried it at a less hectic time, I would’ve been more forgiving, but I ended up quitting and going back to regular shampoo. Just wasn’t for me.

I really wanted to like hairstory, but it just didn’t quite work for my hair. I have thick, wavy hair, and after trying it a few times, my roots felt kind of heavy while my ends were still, like, a bit dry.

Maybe it’s better for finer hair or hair that isn’t as frizzy, I’m not totally sure. I also felt like I had to use a lot of it to actually feel clean, so it ended up running out fast. It’s not awful or anything, just not really for me.
